About fastbetter

Our expert nutritionists have come together to create dieting schedules for all our consumers. The app has been tailored to create meal plans that take into account all of the client's particular preferences and wishes.

You will be given a cooking list (five recipes per day) and a shopping list to help you stick to a keto diet. When you click on the recipes, you will get all of the nutritional information as well as directions on how to prepare the meals. Every 14 days, a new food plan will be produced for you. Our recipe database is always being updated.

After making your order, you will receive a digital keto diet meal plan. You can access your meal plan online from your computer or phone (through an app). Remember, we DO NOT send physical dieting plans. However, you can always print them out!

There are also calorie, step, and water intake monitors in the app.

You will also receive an email with our beginner's guide and beneficial recommendations, allowing you to conveniently identify all of the necessary general and additional information about the keto diet.

You can also buy our workout regimen, a keto dessert book, and other services. Remember, just dieting will not fully enhance your weight shredding unless you combine it with exercising.

A Glitch in Downloads

The fastbetter app is available for both Apple and Android devices.

When checking in to the app, ensure that there are no spaces before or after your email address. Passwords are also case-sensitive, so please keep uppercase and lowercase characters and symbols in mind.

Accessing Meal Plans from Desktop

You can access your meal plan through your browser by visiting https://fastbetter.com/. Simply enter your email address and password to view your plan, workouts, and profile. From this page, you can also print your meal plan and grocery list, as well as manage your membership. If you're having trouble logging in, click on the "Forgot password?" option. Be sure to use the email address you registered with for fastbetter.

Not Receiving Anything After Purchase

If you haven't gotten an email from us after purchasing your fastbetter meal plan, please check your Spam and Promotion folders. The letters could have landed up there accidentally!

Otherwise, just download the app and log in with your credentials.

The fastbetter app is available for download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Please tap Log in rather than Create an account after downloading the app. Enter your email address from the signup procedure as well as your password.

Forgot Your Passcode?

Important: If you contact support using an email address different from the one linked to your fastbetter account, you will need to verify your account. To do this, you'll be asked to provide details related to your payment method. Please have the following information ready:

Payment Method (Credit Card or PayPal)

  • For PayPal: Your PayPal email address and a screenshot of the receipt.
  • For Credit Cards: The full name on the account and the last four digits of the credit card.
  • A screenshot or receipt of the charge.
  • The email address used to register your account.

If your inquiry involves payments or other sensitive information, we will request these details.

No Response from Support?

If you've contacted our support team but haven't received a response, please ensure that our emails are not being missed by checking:

  • If the email was archived, deleted, or marked as spam.
  • Your email filters to see if the message was filtered or blocked.
  • Your email forwarding settings.

Account Deletion

Note:

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently erased.
  • If you purchased the app via Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. Please remember to cancel your subscription separately.
  • Account deletion is irreversible and does not initiate a refund. If you need a refund, please contact customer service **before** proceeding with account deletion.
  • If you've purchased physical products and wish to return them, please contact us before deleting your account. Our support team will ensure any issues are resolved before proceeding.

To Delete Your Account:

  • Open the **Fastbetter** app.
  • Go to the **Profile** section from the bottom menu.
  • Select **My Information** under your profile.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  • Review the details regarding account deletion, then confirm if you wish to proceed.
  • Enter a reason for deletion and submit your request.
