Account Deletion


Important: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted:

  • Your data cannot be recovered.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription (if purchased via Google Play or the App Store). You must cancel your subscription separately.
  • No automatic refunds - If you require a refund, contact customer support before deleting your account.

If you've purchased physical products and wish to return them, please contact us before deleting your account so we can assist you.


How to Delete Your Account

  • Go to the Profile section from the bottom menu.
  • Select My Information under your profile.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  • Review the details regarding account deletion and confirm if you wish to proceed.
  • Enter a reason for deletion and submit your request.
